Narrow Webs / Tapes
Available with single or dual flanged cylindrical rollers up to 100mm long
Cylindrical rollers are offered in 7, 10, 15, 20, 30, 36, 41 and 50 mm lengths to measure tapes, bands, films and similar materials. Roller length should not exceed 2x the width of the material being measured.
Tension Ranges: Refer to DX2 Data Sheet.
NOTE 1: Starting point of low-range instruments will be higher than DX2.
NOTE 2: Models using 50 mm roller lengths are supplied with a special heavy-duty bracket and use the DXX model designation.

Features
- Dual-flanged outer guide rollers with various widths for better filament guide (single-flanged rollers optional, recommendable if the material being measured is wider than the tape roller)

Calibration to customized material:
If process material differs significantly from the standard calibration material in diameter, rigidity or shape, special calibration using customer supplied samples is recommended. For this purpose a material sample of about 15 ft. should be supplied.

Options
Air Damping (A)
- An adjustable, precision air dashpot provides steady tension reading as tension fluctuate
| Lever (L)
- A heavy duty, lever-operated mechanism moves the outer rollers for easy acquisition of the running filament. Recommended for models of 10 Kg or higher.
| Memory Pointer (M)
- Designed to retain the peak value as tensions fluctuate. Manually reset by using the knob located in the center of the dial.
| Note: Model RX2/BX2-50 is not available with memory pointer
