The Tramex BSITK Building Survey Inspection Tech Kit is a complete moisture and humidity testing kit featuring the multifunctional Tramex MEX5 Moisture Encounter and Humidity Meter allowing for non-invasive testing of moisture conditions in numerous building materials such as drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing.
The Tramex MEX5 Moisture Encounter and Humidity Meter has a built-in hygrometer and infrared surface thermometer for testing ambient relative humidity, temperature and dew point, and surface temperature. These can be used to identify detrimental condensation conditions conducive to microbial mold growth can also be identified. The heavyduty handheld pin-probe measures moisture content in wood and drywall, and WME readings for other materials.
The Tramex BSITK Building Survey Inspector Tech Kit comes with a protective easy-travel case.
