NDT - Non destructive testing
Built-in hygrometer and Infrared Surface Thermometer
Complies with ASTM D7954
The Tramex BSMK Building Survey Master Kit is a complete kit featuring the Tramex RWS Roof Moisture Meter And Wet Wall Scanner for instant, non-destructive evaluation of moisture conditions deep within wall and roofing systems. The Tramex BSIMK X Building Survey Master Kit features the multifunctional Tramex MEX5 Moisture Encounter and Humidity Meter allowing for noninvasive testing of moisture conditions in numerous building materials such as drywall, wood, plaster, brick, ceramic tiles, resilient flooring, laminates and roofing.
The Tramex MEX5 Moisture Encounter and Humidity Meter has a built-in hygrometer and infrared surface thermometer for testing ambient relative humidity, temperature and dew point, and surface temperature. These can be used to identify detrimental condensation conditions conducive to microbial mold growth can also be identified.
The heavy-duty pin-probes measure moisture content in wood, and the insulated 200mm (7.8”) pins and narrow 127mm (5”) RH probe allow for in-situ probing. The Tramex BSIMK X Building Survey Master Kitcomes with extension handles and a protective heavy-duty carrying case with die-cut foam lining.
The Tramex RWS Roof Moisture Meter And Wet Wall Scanner is a multi-mode non-invasive impedance scanner designed for the instant, precise and non-destructive evaluation of moisture conditions and leak tracing in roofing per ASTM D7954 and in wall systems of the building envelope.
The Tramex MEX5 Moisture Encounter and Humidity Meter is a digital Dual-Depth, non-destructive moisture meter for wood and various building materials such as drywall, roofing, plaster, tile and masonry. The Tramex MEX5 Moisture Encounter and Humidity Meter has a built-in hygrometer for ambient conditions and psychrometric values, an Infrared Surface Thermometer and also incorporates external in-situ RH probes for in-situ equilibrium RH readings, as well as Pin probes for wood, drywall, and WME readings. Moisture test results can be visualized and Geotagged with the Tramex Meters App and turned into moisture maps, reports and charts for sharing.
