The Humimeter BLL Wood Chip Moisture Meter with Insertion Probe is used to accurately measure the moisture content in Wood Chips with our BLL meter. One meter long insertion probe for easy measurement in deep piles of chips. The Humimeter BLL is supplied with three (3) separate calibration curves, depending upon the physical makeup of the wood chips to measured. There are defined into the following classes as described in the European Standards as; Wood Chips, Coarse WC and Industry WC.
- Wood Chips: A mix of different-sized wood chips all LESS THAN 70 mm (2-3/4")
- Coarse WC: Equal-sized wood chips approx. 70 mm (2-3/4")
- Industry WC: A mix of different-sized wood chips all LARGER THAN 70 mm (2-3/4")
