Test according to ASTM D1415, DIN ISO 48, ISO 48 and DIN 53505 international standards with our new Macro IRHD hardness test system is the professional measurement system for hardness tests on elastomers and plastics with minimal thickness of 6 mm according to IRHD and durometer hardness.
The Hildebrand IRHD-MACRO Macro IRHD Hardness Tester conducts hardness measurements with use of an insert that can be inserted without the use of tools. Different inserts are available to fulfill the requirements of your specific application: 1.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 5.0 mm and Durometer Shore A. The electronic identification in each insert ensures the electronic identification. Each insert has its own corresponding software, which starts up automatically. Operator errors are prevented!
The whole measuring system is controlled by a PC and PC software, which works under Microsoft Windows and provides multiple measurement features, like the output of hardness values, graphs, statistics, test reports and many more. All data can be transferred by the ASCII-output. Due to the modular construction the measuring head can be changed easily.
