    Product Description

    These adapters allow a force gauge to be used in inline pull testing or weighing applications. A 5/16-18 threaded hole at each end is axially aligned with the load cell shaft in the force gauge, for mounting hooks or other attachments. Three adapters are offered, accommodating Mark-10 force gauges with capacities up to 500 lbF (2.5 kN).

    Mark-10 Series 2 Economical Digital Force Gauge


    The Mark-10 Series 2 is designed for basic tension and compression force testing applications up to 100 lbF (500 N). Peak tension and compression readings are reliably captured via the gauges' ±0.5% accuracy and 500 Hz sampling rate. The Mark-10 Series 2 backlit graphic LCD displays the current, peak tension, or peak compression reading. The gauges are overload protected to 150% of capacity.     Mark-10 Series 3 Digital Force Gauge


    The Series 3 digital force gauge is designed for measuring tension and compression (push & pull) force testing in numerous applications. The gauges feature a sampling rate of 2,000 Hz, producing accurate results under a wide range of test conditions. The Mark-1- Series 3 backlit graphic LCD displays large characters, and a menu is available to access the gauges’ features and configurable parameters. USB output (non-streaming) is provided for data collection purposes. Set point indicators are provided for pass-fail testing. The gauges are overload protected to 150% of capacity, and an analog load bar is shown on the display for graphical representation of applied force. An ergonomic, reversible aluminum housing allows for hand held use or test stand mounting for more sophisticated testing requirements. Series 3 digital force gauges are directly compatible with a wide range of test stands, grips, and software. The gauges include MESUR Lite data acquisition software. MESUR Lite tabulates continuous or single point data. One-click export to Excel allows for further data manipulation.

    Mark-10 Series 4 Advanced Digital Force Gauge


    The Series-4 Advanced Digital Force Gauge  is designed for tension and compression force testing in numerous applications across virtually every industry. The gauges feature a sampling rate of 3,000 Hz, producing accurate results under a wide range of test conditions. Accuracy is ±0.2% of full scale ±1 digit, and resolution is 1/2000. A large, backlit graphics LCD displays large, legible characters, while the simple menu navigation allows for quick access to the gauges’ many features and configurable parameters. Data can be transferred to a PC or other data collector via USB, RS-232, Mitutoyo (Digimatic), or analog outputs. On-board data memory for up to 50 readings is included, as are statistical calculations and output to a PC. Integrated set points with indicators are ideal for pass-fail testing and for triggering external devices such as an alarm, relay, or test stand. The gauges are overload protected to 150% of capacity, and an analog load bar is shown on the display for graphical representation of applied force.     Mark-10 Series 7 Professional Digital Force Gauge


    The Series 7 is designed with a number of sophisticated features for the most demanding tension and compression measurement applications, up to 500 lbF (2500 N). The gauges feature ±0.1% accuracy and a blazingly fast, industry-leading sampling rate of 14,000 Hz, producing reliable results for extremely quick-action tests. Mark-10 Series 7 gauges include all the functions of Series 5 gauges, with several additional features, including high speed continuous data capture and storage, with memory for up to 5,000 readings, at an acquisition rate of up to 14,000 Hz. The gauges also feature programmable footswitch sequencing, break detection, and 1st / 2nd peak detection. The Mark-10 Series 7 includes a coefficient of friction unit of measurement and user-defined unit of measurement. For productivity enhancement, the gauges also feature automatic data output, data storage, and zeroing functions upon the completion of break detection, averaging, external trigger, and 1st / 2nd peak detection. Series 7 force gauges are directly compatible with our ESM301 test stand, to permit functions such as break testing, tensile testing, compression testing, dynamic load holding, PC control capability, and many other applications.

    Mark-10 Series E Ergonomics Force Gauge ME


    The Mark-10 Series-E Ergonomics Force Gauge is a precision instrument that makes job task analysis and ergonomics analysis simple and accurate, ideal for workplace design, strength assessment, and ergonomic studies. Series E presents the ergonomist and other professionals with a simple and economical testing solution. 100 lbF, 200 lbF and 500 lbF (500, 2,500, and 5,000 N) capacity force gauges are available, along with a wide range of attachments for various applications. Select a pre-configured kit, including a gauge, accessories, and carrying case, or select each item individually to suit your needs. Attachments click and lock into place via innovative Click-Lock technology, a rugged anti-rotation locking mechanism. The attachments may be clicked into 90 degrees or 180 degrees orientations. No fastening is required, as with conventional force gauges, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the instrument.
