The StraightPoint Crosby SW-BS Wireless Base Station Module is powered via a 9-32V DC external power source and easily pairs to any Straightpoint wireless device e.g. load cell, accessories, and software solutions within range, providing analog & digital outputs.
The SW-BS, Straightpoint base station, provides a configurable analog or digital output for any single or multiple (up to a maximum of four)Straightpoint wireless load cells.
The StraightPoint Crosby SW-BS Wireless Base Station - 2789314 is ideal for integration with PLC, SCADA, DAQ, or another compatible third-party system. The device can be configured to provide any of the following outputs as per configuration:
- 4-20mA
- Relay setpoint
- RS485 ASCII
- Optional CANbus 2.0A & 2.0B
The load data from the wireless loadcell can then be seamlessly fed into an external controller installed on a crane, vehicle or other machinery requiring feedback for close loop or real time control and monitoring.

The Straightpoint RadioLink Compound Plus is designed for weighing and dynamic load monitoring in a wide range of applications. All Compound Plus Dynamometers are supplied with 2.4GHz Wireless Output for connection to the optional battery-powered SW-HHP Handheld Display or INSIGHT Multiple Wireless Loadcell Software. There is also a version "-BLE" providing a Bluetooth Output for connection to the no-cost HHP App for Apple and Android Phones and Tablets.
The Straightpoint TIMH Running Line Tensiometer / Cable Tension Meter / Cable Tension Sensor is a Wireless Running Line Tensiometer or RLTM built with dockside, marine, offshore, towage and salvage applications in mind. It is particularly useful where there is no anchor or dead end on the line to rig a Straightpoint Radiolink or Loadlink digital dynamometer to measure tension force at speeds up to 20m/min or 65ft/min.
The StraightPoint Crosby Shackles for RLP, CP, LLP and WLP Dynamometers is optionally available for use with our complete line of Dynamometers including the Radiolink Plus, Compound Plus, Loadlink Plus, and Wirelink Plus. They are offered in a wide range of capacities from 3.25 Ton (for Dynamometers rated for 1T or 2.5T capacity) up to 600 Ton (For Dynamometers rated up to 500T). Typically, a set of two shackles would be required for use on any one Dynamometer. Refer to the product listing below to help select the suitable set of shackles.
