The Mark-10 MF100 USB Sensor Interface connects strain gage–based load cells, force sensors, and torque sensors to a PC or USB hub using the MESUR®Flex configuration software. MESUR®Flex supports a wide range of applications in weighing, force, and torque measurement. It accommodates force sensors from 0.12 to 750,000 lbF (0.5 N to 4,000 kN) and torque sensors from 10 ozFin to 40,000 lbFft (7 Ncm to 57,000 Nm).
A built-in screw terminal block allows quick, solder-free connection of sensor wires to the interface. Through MESUR®Flex, select the sensor's capacity, add a unique identifier, and calibrate the sensor through a step-by-step wizard. The software contains basic settings for changing measurement units, viewing peak, real-time, and time-averaged data. Or, control the sensor and acquire data via an extensive library of serial commands, ideal for integration into a data collection system.

The Mark-10 PTA Plug and TestTM Adapter is used to connect common strain Gage-based load cells, force sensors, and torque sensors to our Models 5i and 3i indicators with this user-configurable adapter and software. Sensor capacity and resolutions may be programmed via an included software utility, which includes a library of common force capacities from 0.12 to 750,000 lbF (0.5 N to 4,000 kN), and torque capacities from 10 ozFin to 40,000 lbFft (7 Ncm to 57,000 Nm). An identification number may be programmed, which is displayed upon indicator power-up or the indicator's Information screen.
The Series R01 S-Beam Force Sensor is a rugged S-Beam force measurement sensor for tensile and compressive forces up to 10,000 lb. Durable S-Beam architecture allows for many applications and setups. Solid steel construction ensures many years of use in factory or laboratory environments.
The Mark-10 Series R02 Compression Force Sensor is a button sensor for compressive loads of up to 10,000 lb. Compact and rugged, the R02 is ideal for heavy duty applications with space constraints.
The Mark-10 Series R03 Tension and Compression Force Sensor is a force measurement sensor for tensile and compressive loads in a wide variety of applications, available in capacities from 0.25 lb to 100 lb. Thread on two sides can accept a variety of hooks and implements, making this sensor particularly well suited for inline tests.
