The AWS TT-QCM / AWS-QCM / Aimco Auditor Torque Tester is designed for verification and calibration of a wide range of torque wrenches and torque tools. It's bench top design is perfect for testing click, dial, and digital wrenches, plus most power tools including impulse, DC electric and pneumatic.
Flexible design for various torque wrench lengths and brand. A large LCD display with easy to navigate menu allows for quick setup. Storage memory allows 999 data points to be saved to the unit for review, or transmitted to a local printer or PC via the standard RS232 interface. High and low limits are easily set, and a panel mounted LED provides visual notification to the user when torque reaches these limits. Systems include dedicated internal transducers in vertical or horizontal configurations, it can be switched by the operator after purchase.
The AWS MTM Multi-Channel Digital Torque Tester is designed to provide an economical way to measure and calibrate multiple torque tools. The AWS MTMDP models include an integrated display for a fully integrated tester. Historically, transducers had to be purchased individually and connected to a display via a switch box or a group of cables. With the MTM series, up to 4 transducers can integrated in one compact housing. The small footprint also allows for a clean, well-organized work space. This helps eliminate the endless searching for cables, adapters, and other accessories that may be needed. Features such as independent CW and CCW calibration, multi-point linearization, metrology grade transducer shafts, and overload protection to 200% of full scale are standard.
