Policy

General
Business hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. All orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed on the next business day.

Next Day orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next business day.

Prices are F.O.B. Briarwood, New York and subject to change without notice. All product sales are subject to the terms and conditions of Albuquerque Industrial.

Minimum Order
Albuquerque Industrial has a $50.00 minimum order, except on orders placed through our internet store which has a $25.00 minimum order.

Repair and Calibration Service
All items being returned to Albuquerque Industrial for repair and/or calibration must have an RMA Number and be shipped prepaid by customer. Items accepted for Warranty repair are serviced at no charge in accordance with the terms of Manufacturer's Warranty. Physically damaged or out of warranty items will be repaired and returned on a time and materials basis. All items returned to Albuquerque Industrial, but found to have no problem, will be subject to a $50.00 evaluation fee. Repaired items will be returned to the customer postage-paid.

Return Policy
Items incorrectly ordered by the customer will be subject to a 15% restock fee, provided they are returned in new condition in the original packaging. If the product is not in resalable condition, a 25% restocking fee and a repair charge will apply. There is no refund on certification or shipping and handling charges. All items being returned to Albuquerque Industrial must have an RMA Number and be shipped prepaid by customer.All custom products are made to order, therefore we reserve the right of not accepting them back. No items will be accepted for return after (30) days from the date of purchase.

Factory Warranties
New Product Manufacturer's Warranties
All new Products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty periods and service varies by manufacturer and Product.
All goods are new unless specifically indicated. Albuquerque Industrial may replace the product or issue a credit at Albuquerque's sole discretion.

Shipping Charges:
Are subject to change without notice. Pre-pay and add or as indicated by secure website totals.

Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in Product description, pricing or offers is subject to correction and verification. Warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void. We reserve the right to limit the number of Products sold, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Prices do not include shipping, tax and insurance.

Damages
In no event shall Albuquerque Industrial, its subsidiaries or affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives or agents be liable for special, incidental, consequential, punitive, indirect, or other special damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, use, or profits, however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of any such damages.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating the Albuquerque Industrial web site. These terms and conditions are governed and construed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree that if any part of these terms and conditions are found to be unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions will remain in full force and effect.
